I melted about a tablespoon of pure spread (non dairy margarine) in a pan and added a dollop of golden syrup and melted a very decadent two bars of Green and Blacks 90% choc into it. Squeezed in a couple of oranges, a bag of sliced almonds and a handful of raisins. Smashed up a whole packet of hob nobs (vegan biscuits bit like Graham Crackers) with a rolling pin (which was fun!) and added to mixture, Press down into baking tray sprinkle with nuts and grated chocolate then leave for 4 hrs in fridge. That’s the bad bit, I ended up putting mine in the freezer for an hour cos I couldn’t wait! Enjoy :0
