VeganAsFuck
Ingredients
1 tin of Companion Mock Duck
3 mushrooms chopped small
3 shallotts chopped small
2 cloves garlic minced
3tbs soy sauce
1 tbs sesame seed oil
1tbs liquid seasoning
Method
Mix all of the above ingredients in a bowl and leave to marinate for a couple of hours
Spread out on a baking tray and bake in the oven for 20 mins
Serve with hoi sin sauce, chinese pancakes and sliced Pak Choi.
