Sometimes it is useful to have a list of the vegan products a supermarket stocks. They don’t all have them but below are the ones that are currently available that I have been able to find so far. I’ve also added some guides to animal ingredients to help make shopping a bit easier.

Every Kroger in the U.S. has a small section in each store called “Nature’s Market,” where you can find all natural, organic and non GMO foods. They also have great vegan staples such as tofu, almond, soy and coconut milk, creams and ice creams.
